Pareo/Pareu

- A pantliner is any undergarment that begins at the waist and extends down past the mid-calf.
- A pantliner can be pantaloon-like and worn as a slip for unlined pants, or it can be form-fitting to slim and smooth the legs.
- Can also be called an underliner.

- Pantyhose, or tights, is hosiery that goes from the waist all the way down to, and including, the toes.

- Maternity Pantyhose features graduated compression to help prevent development of varicose veins offen associated with pregnancy. Sometimes footless.

- The piece of cloth that reinforces a split or opening in a garment; that usually also serves as the closure.
